Where we ship

We currently ship to addresses within New Zealand only.

All prices on our site include GST. Your exact shipping cost is always shown at checkout before you pay — no surprises.

Where your order ships from

Around 95% of our stock is held in New Zealand and ships locally. A small portion of our range ships from our suppliers in Australia — where that's the case, it's noted and the longer delivery window below applies.

Delivery timeframes

Delivery estimates are in business days and start from dispatch, not from when you place your order. They're estimates, not guarantees — courier delays, rural delivery, and peak periods can add time.

Tracking

You'll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order is dispatched. If your tracking hasn't updated within 3 business days of the dispatch email, get in touch and we'll chase it up.

Split shipments

If your order includes both NZ and Australian stock, we may send it in separate parcels at no extra cost to you, so the NZ items aren't held up.

Lost, delayed, or damaged parcels

If your order hasn't arrived within the estimated timeframe, or arrives damaged, email us at sales@basically.co.nz with your order number and we'll sort it out — whether that's tracing the parcel with the courier, replacing the item, or refunding you.

Incorrect addresses

Please double-check your delivery address at checkout. If a parcel is returned to us because the adlete, we'll be in touch — re-delivery may incur an additional shipping charge.

Returns

Return shipping is covered in our Refund Policy. In short: you have 10 business days from delivery to start a return, and return shipping is at your cost.
