Where do you ship to?
We ship throughout New Zealand.
How long does delivery take?
Standard delivery typically takes 2–5 business days within New Zealand. Rural addresses may take an additional 1–2 business days.
95% of our items are New Zealand stock, so your orders are delivered to you in no time! There are some products that are stocked in Australia and may take a longer time to deliver. We place a banner above the product page for AU-stock items
How much does shipping cost?
We want to make shipping as basic to you as possible. 9 dollars standard shipping anywhere in NZ. If you reach $100, shipping is free!
How do I track my order?
Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Use this to track your delivery via the courier's website.
Returns & Exchanges
What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 10 days of purchase, provided items are unused, in their original condition, and in original packaging.
How do I start a return?
Contact us at info@basically.co.nz with your order number and reason for return, and we'll guide you through the process.
Can I exchange an item?
Yes, exchanges are available subject to stock availability. Get in touch with us and we'll do our best to help.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards, as well as Shop Pay, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. All transactions are processed securely.

Can I change or cancel my order?
We process orders quickly, so please contact us as soon as possible if you need to make a change. We'll do our best to accommodate your request before dispatch.
I received the wrong or a damaged item — what do I do?
We're sorry to hear that! Please contact us at info@basically.co.nz within 7 days of receiving your order and include photos of the issue. We'll make it right.
